About the FoundationA short introduction to the Foundation of Lady Katherine Leveson and its management is available, and you can see the latest Annual Report. Both these are PDF documents. Statement of purposeThe Statement of Purpose contains the official details of the Foundation, its organisation, mission statement and services provided and is available as a PDF document. Inspection reportsThe care provision is inspected by the Commission for Social Care Inspectors who issue regular reports of their inspections. The CSCI made an inspection in June 2008 and the Foundation's Improvement Action Plan (PDF document) in response to their report can be read here. All items requiring attention in the report were in place by the end of July 2008.
